To start forwarding, you need to access the domain name settings. These are located on the website of your registrar.
Forwarding, or redirecting, is simple: most registrars have a ‘forwarding’ box you can tick, or a field you can activate. Fill in the URL of the domain name you want to redirect to. Press ‘save’. Done!
When you’re done filling in the required info, it’s smart to do a double check. One typo messes up the entire redirect. When you’re certain everything is in order, and your changes have been saved, all you have to do is wait. It takes a while for the registrars servers to process your request. Shouldn’t take more than an hour, generally. Enjoy your redirect!
