You’re convinced that the domain name you’ve applied for is the one for you. Besides options for installment payments, you can also choose to rent a domain name.
Continue readingHow can you check if your desired domain name is still available?
A good idea often starts with a new domain name. Since it has been possible to register domain names for several decades, you’ve had all those years of “competition.” In many cases, the domain name you have in mind may already be taken by someone else.
Continue readingSmart purchase: All available payment options when buying a domain name
Buying a domain name costs money. Some domain names are more expensive than others, of course. However, what often remains the same is the moment when you, as a (potential) buyer, decide to purchase a domain. Most people do this at the beginning of their business adventure. This could be the start of your new company, a rebranding of your existing business, or maybe you are working on projects and about to create something from a blank canvas. To prevent only larger companies and governments from grabbing the best (and often most expensive) domain names, Domeinenbank.nl wants to give everyone the opportunity to acquire a premium domain name. After all, you want to start your new adventure in the best possible way, right?
Pay in Installments
When starting your business, there is a significant chance that you won’t be profitable in the first few months, or perhaps not even break even. When launching, you are faced with start-up costs. These costs are not the same for every business, but they are always costs that take time to recover. To ensure that we can also serve people who don’t have large capital to start, we have previously written about renting a domain name. The link to that article is at the bottom of this post. In this case, we want to highlight installment payments and other payment arrangements.
Our customers, the current owners of one of the domain names you’ll be requesting soon, are often open to a payment plan because they also understand that not everyone has large start-up capital, but still needs a place to start.
Paying off within 12 months without additional costs
In consultation with the domain owners, we’ve concluded that it is perfectly possible to offer all future buyers the option to pay in installments. You will ultimately pay the same price, but the costs won’t be concentrated in one month. That makes a difference.
A key detail is that there are no additional fees or interest, as long as the purchase is paid off within 12 months. If it takes longer than 12 months, we will first consult with the domain owner, and additional costs may be incurred.
How we divide the 12 months is up to you. How many installments we use, when payments are made, and how high the amounts are – we’re happy to find a solution that suits you. Do you want to pay a portion every quarter? No problem! We customize our contracts to ensure that the entire process is carried out according to agreement and to the satisfaction of all parties.
